Conceptual project that portrays a witch opening a portal to a celestial being and becoming a divine being. This cosmic horror project was shot at night in the woods using a single strobe and a 35mm lens. Makeup effects consists of clay, string and a homemade crafted mask that I had created with masking tape, mixed paints and dried leaves. I originally built all of the props on location with a Blair Witch influence. Later in post I ended up adding tentacles from a portal reaching outward toward the figure as an afterthought, which ended up working for the concept.
